Privacy Policy
1. Who processes your data
1.1. The controller of personal data is BRS Industry Ltd, company ID 207607841, with its registered office at 8 Spas Ginev Street, Plovdiv 4000, Bulgaria.
1.2. Our production site is located at 22-nd Street, Benkovski 4201, Plovdiv Province.
1.3. For any question concerning the processing of your personal data you may contact us at office@brs-industry.eu or by telephone on 0888 004 746.
1.4. This policy applies to the website www.brs-industry.eu and to all of its language versions.
2. What we do NOT collect
2.1. The website has no contact form, requires no registration and accepts no payments. We do not collect names, addresses or telephone numbers through the website.
2.2. When you select the "Enquiry" button, the website only displays our telephone numbers and email address. You send your message through your own mail program or telephone — it does not pass through the website, and we receive no data about you until you contact us yourself.
2.3. If you contact us by email or by telephone, we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
3. What is collected when you visit the website
3.1. Server logs. Each time a page is opened, the IP address, the date and time, the requested address, the browser type and the operating system are recorded. These records are created automatically and serve to maintain security and to identify technical faults. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). Retention period: 30 days.
3.2. Language selection. Your choice of language is stored in your browser's memory (localStorage) so that you are not asked again on each subsequent visit. This information remains on your device, is not sent to us, and can be deleted at any time from your browser settings.
3.3. We do not use profiling and we do not take automated decisions in respect of visitors.
4. Google map
4.1. The Contacts page contains an embedded Google Maps map showing the location of our production site.
4.2. The map does not load automatically. It is displayed only after you have given consent to cookies in the "External services" category. Until then, no data is transmitted to Google.
4.3. Once you have given consent, when the map loads Google LLC receives your IP address, data about your device and browser, and may set its own cookies. Google processes this data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
4.4. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings at the bottom of the website.
5. Cookies
5.1. Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We divide them into two categories.
5.2. Essential. These are necessary for the website to function — they store your choice of language and your decision regarding cookies. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
5.3. External services. These are set by Google when the map loads. They require your explicit consent and are not loaded until you give it.
5.4. On your first visit you are given the opportunity to accept or decline each category separately. You may change your decision at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
6. Who the data is shared with
6.1. Hosting and database provider. The website's data is stored with Supabase, in data centres in Frankfurt, Germany.
6.2. Google LLC — only when the map loads and only after your consent, as described in section 4.
6.3. We do not sell your data and do not provide it to third parties for advertising purposes.
6.4. Transfers outside the European Union. Google LLC is a company established in the USA. Data is transferred on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
7.1. In respect of your personal data you have the right to:
- access the data we process about you;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase the data;
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw a consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
7.2. You may exercise your rights by contacting us at office@brs-industry.eu. We respond within one month of receiving the request.
7.3. Right to lodge a complaint. If you consider that we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, Bulgaria, www.cpdp.bg. If you are located in another European Union country, you may also contact the supervisory authority in your place of residence.
8. Security
8.1. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data — an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the administration area restricted to authorised persons only, and storage of the data with a provider holding certified security measures.
9. Changes to this policy
9.1. We may update this policy if the way we process data changes, or if new services are introduced on the website. The current version is always available at this address.
9.2. This policy is in force from 1 October 2026.
